Preparation

We prepare the irrigation system and the land of the farm to adapt it to the highest quality crops.

2020

Plantation

We planted 300 varieties of caviar lemon trees.

2022

Commercialization

We started marketing our caviar lemon with a first harvest of 80 kg.

2024

Continuation

We continue to provide the best caviar lemon in Mallorca, with a harvest of more than 250 kg.

Our Property

Discover our landscape

Immerse yourself in the charm of our estate, a rustic treasure that has witnessed more than two centuries of history. Dating back to 1789, our 4,500 square metre estate is home to three varieties of caviar lemons, grown with the utmost care and respect for the land.

Situated next to Son Mir, in the idyllic landscape of the old Sineu Road KM 8.
